Opening
Vanguard: Civil Unrest opens as “Vanguard, Civil Unrest” by Katherine McDaniels and the Imperfect Eternity begins playing as we focus in on the entrance stage and zoom in on it before sparkling fountains light up.
The fans at the capacity crowd in the Greensboro Coliseum cheer as the patented CWF drones fly throughout the arena to get the reaction of the fans as the song continues to play. We go around the wrestling ring before settling on the commentary desk, where sit Jessica Carr and Victoria Hill.
Jessica Carr - Hello and welcome to Vanguard: Civil Unrest! We have an exciting night for you tonight as the new batch of referees comes on tonight to make their cases on why they should be voted for to come on full time with the other CWF referees.
Victoria Hill - I’m sure that some of them will make stronger cases than others tonight.
Jessica Carr - We will begin the night as Max Aura makes his debut against Mysterion. What will Mysterion be tonight?
Victoria Hill - I don’t know, but I’m sure it will be exciting.
Jessica Carr - And then Vespertine takes on Malibu Mike Swanson in a strange match. Why is she taking on Malibu Mike?
Victoria Hill - Her confidence has been ruined by her recent losses, and she wants to get herself built back up.
Jessica Carr - Oh, a few defeats and now we crying about never winning. Boo hoo.
Victoria Hill - Hey, it happens to the best of us.
Jessica Carr - And then, we will have a gauntlet match that involves Sadie Graves, Karlie Nash, Alex Nelson, Miguel Lanza Jr, and Zolothach. I wonder how this match is going to go?
Victoria Hill - Four matches being billed as a single one. It’s going to be sheer chaos, that’s what.
Jessica Carr - And then the Valor Championship as Trelisa Perrault, Rayven Reinhardt, and Madd Morales all compete to see who will be the champion by the end of it. Madd Morales is fighting to get through his defenses and gain that Conquest title shot.
Victoria Hill - Madd Morales with a Conquest title shot would be dangerous to whatever champion has the title.
Jessica Carr - And finally, we have the elimination match for the Skirmish championship! Kat Hale, Abigail Dresden, Fiona O’Connell, and Akame McClancy are all vying for the title.
Victoria Hill - Well, we know that Kat Hale isn’t winning the title. She faces three Upstarts in this match, and you know they're going to work together to get her eliminated first.
Jessica Carr - We don’t know that for sure. We do know that Valora Salinas will be a special guest referee for this match. That will keep things from devolving.
Victoria Hill - Or devolve them even quicker. You never know.
Jessica Carr - Let’s get down to Marcela Sancho in the ring as she introduces the first newbie referee to come down to the ring to make his case!
Referee Audition: Vince Hayes
Marcela Sancho - Coming down to the ring to make his case for being hired on as a full-time referee…Vince “Ironclad” Hayes!
“Iron Clad” by Iron and Ash hits the air as Vince Hayes walks out from the back. He stands with his hands on his hips, surveying the cheering crowd before starting to head down to the ring.
He walks down to the ring, seemingly enjoying his walk as he takes in the cheering of the fans before he steps through the ropes and into the ring.
Jessica Carr - Does he seem…belligerent to you?
Victoria Hill - He seems like he knows that he belongs in that ring, controlling the action.
Jessica Carr - Yeah. He does seem to be full of himself.
Victoria Hill - Kind of have to be with the wrestling talents that we have here that want to push the boundaries.
Marcela Sancho hands Vince Hayes the microphone and exits the ring. Vince looks around at the fans with a serious expression on his face.
Vince Hayes - Let me tell you why I think I should have a job here with the CWF as a referee.
The crowd gets quieter as they wait for Vince to reveal his reasoning.
Vince Hayes - For far too long, I have seen referees pushed around here or, in some cases, actually bribed during a match! I am here to show the wrestlers of the CWF that they cannot get away with the rule-breaking that they have been doing for years. They can’t change the rules of a match on a whim. That’s what management is for. They can’t break the rules because the “bad guy” is also breaking the rules. No one breaks the rules under my watch!
The cheering suddenly becomes mixed with some sporadic booing going on. Vince shakes his head.
Vince Hayes - And that’s the kind of reaction I should expect to get. You want the bad guys to follow the rules, but the good guys can break the rules when needed to defeat the bad guys. Make it make sense! I won’t let you hippies take over my matches by allowing anything to go as long as your favorite people win the match! That is not how the rulebook works! You have to be like iron about this. Enforce the rules or anarchy will rule!
At the last sentence, the crowd begins to cheer loudly. Vince shakes his head.
Vince Hayes - See? You hippy fans don’t understand what’s right. You don’t know what’s good for you. What’s good for the health of the wrestlers involved in these matches? If everyone follows the rules as I see them, people get to go home with only a few bruises instead of something worse, like going to the hospital. This is why I should be a CWF referee. I will make the wrestlers follow the rules. I will make management proud. Thank you.
As Vince Hayes makes his way to the back, the cheering fans turn more to boos for his strict ways and the insults that he has hurled at them.
Jessica Carr - I’m not sure that this speech was the right way to go about getting a job.
Victoria Hill - I don’t know that Vince cares what the fans think, just about what management thinks. They will be the ones doing the hiring.
Jessica Carr - Yes, but management cares about what the fans think.
Victoria Hill - To an extent, but they shouldn’t bow down to these hippies that don’t know what they really want or need.
Jessica Carr - Hippies?
Victoria Hill - Ok, I was just trying it out. It doesn’t sound quite so good coming out of my mouth.
Jessica Carr - No, it didn’t sound good coming from either of ya. Well, coming up next, Max Aura takes on Mysterion! Stay tuned!
Victoria Hill - What will Mysterion look like?
Jessica Carr - That’s always a surprise.
Victoria Hill - Right. I know. I was just speaking out loud for the fans.
Max Aura vs Mysterion
Jessica Carr - And now we get the live debut of Max Aura. You think he will stream to his fans while he’s on live television?
Victoria Hill - I bet he would.
Marcela Sancho - Ladies and gentlemen, the opening match of the evening has been canceled due to the fact that Max Aura has been released from his contract! In liu of this match, Mysterion would like to come out onto the stage to show off his costume! So from parts unknown…Mysterion!
The houselights lower and a spotlight falls on the stage, highlighting the entrance from the back. Everything slowly falls silent until an electronically distorted voice sounds over the PA;
“WHO… IS… MYSTERION?!”
“Basket Case” by Offspring kicks off at a deafening volume and strobe lights suddenly start flashing crazily, as though controlled by a kid with ADHD on a sugar rush. Fireworks tear off into the rafters, flooding the empty upper stadium in light. The excitement levels of the crowd grows.. Surely an entrance such as this alludes a someone.. a BIG someone! Suddenly that distorted voice sounds again as it once more asks;
“WHO… IS… MYSTERION?!”
A spray of sparks erupt either side of the stage and a man burst’s through onto the stage, the voice sticks to a loop, repeating the words;
“HE… IS… MYSTERION… HE… IS… MYSTERION… HE… IS… MYSTERION…”
The spotlight refocuses on the animated, excited wrestler to reveal…
Jessica Carr - He looks like a Union soldier!
Victoria Hill - Awfully brave for being in the South like we are.
The crowd boos Mysterion, who takes it in stride. He bows to the booing crowd and then turns around to head to the back.
Jessica Carr - Well, that was something. I think after this we are going to hear from Vespertine before her match.
Victoria Hill - Yeap.
Referee Audition: Roxy Sinclair
Marcela Sancho - Coming down to the ring at this time to make her case for being hired on as a referee for the CWF…Roxy Sinclair!
“Bump N Grind” by R.Kelly begins playing as Roxy Sinclair walks out from the back. She’s in a barely there referee uniform as she stands at the entrance stage and soaks in the cheering. She begins to make her way down to the ring, slapping a few high fives and touching a few people on their shoulders or faces.
Roxy gets to the ring and walks up the steps before slowly bending over to get through the ropes. She smiles as there are a lot of catcalls as her cleavage nearly spills out of her top. Once in the ring, Marcela Sancho attempts to just hand her the microphone and leave the ring, but Roxy grabs her by the wrist and pulls her into a full-on kiss on the lips. A shocked Marcela lets it happen, her eyes wide as Roxy breaks away.
Roxy Sinclair - Thanks for the microphone, love ya!
Marcela shakes her head as she exits the ring, her face bright red.
Jessica Carr - That was sexual harassment!
Victoria Hill - Yes, yes it was. Roxy isn’t an employee yet to be brought up for punishment for that? Right?
Jessica Carr - So they would hire her only to fire her?
Victoria Hill - That could be the case. Let’s see what she has to say.
Roxy Sinclair - Hello, Greensboro! What a wonderful night to be alive!
The crowd cheers, many of them standing up as they cheer.
Roxy Sinclair - I want to be a referee here at Conquest Wrestling Federation. I do believe that I can do the best job calling the action and making sure that the wrestlers involved follow the rules of the match. And, should I get the chance to share some love and make each wrestler feel like they are the most important people in the world? So much the better!
Jessica Carr - So, she’s saying that she would call the match down the middle all the while harassing everyone.
Victoria Hill - I don’t think that’s what she’s saying.
Roxy Sinclair - I believe that everyone deserves to feel important and be loved at some point in their lives. The fact that I do this during a wrestling match should make no difference. I should be hired on full time! Be sure to dial hashtag sixty-nin when voting for me to be hired on. Thank you all!
The crowd cheers as she exits the ring and leaves the microphone with Marcela Sancho before heading to the back.
Jessica Carr - Folks, don’t call hashtag sixty-nine. I think that’s an old code to call back the person who called you last.
Victoria Hill - It was star sixty-nine, but you do get that this was a sexual reference?
Jessica Carr - Oh. OH! That was dirty!
Victoria Hill - Yeah, it was. Well, affter this break, we will get to another referee. Luke Rivers!
Jessica Carr - That Roxy should be sent home and not hired.
Victoria Hill - It’s ok. Gosh, you can be such a prude.

Referee Audition: Luke Rivers
Marcela Sancho - The next person to come down to the ring to explain to us all why they should be the referee for the CWF…”Lightning” Luke Rivers!
“GOAT” by Gucci Mane begins playing as Luke Rivers walks out from the back. He paces the entrance stage back and forth a few times, almost as if doing some shuttle runs real quick before starting to head down the aisle toward the ring.
He walks halfway to the ring before taking off in a mad dash to the ring and sliding up under the bottom rope to get into the ring. Marcela quickly hands him the microphone before heading out of the ring.
Jessica Carr - I don’t think he bites, Marcela. Not like Roxy…
Victoria Hill - Way to get daggers stared at ya.
Luke Rivers walks around the ring with the microphone in hand and drinks in the cheering from the crowd.
Luke Rivers - Pity I won’t be able to get this kind of reaction once I’m hired on as referee here. You guys are so great to greet me like I was a star wrestler! I plan on being hired. There’s no mistake that they would make by not hiring me for this position. I’mma going to be lightning quick to check for illegal chokes, check for submissions, to make the count, and so on. I also can take a hit, thank you very much. Just when you think you can get away with something illegal? Boom! I gotcha, cause I’m everywhere in that ring! I even spot ya when my back is turned cause I’m just that damn good!
The crowd cheers him on, and he just smiles big with dimples showing in his cheeks.
Luke Rivers - Aww, thanks. I won’t let you guys down when I am in that ring and refereeing full time for the CWF! The fucking best wrestling company in the world!
Jessica Carr - That should ding him. A good referee should never use bad language.
Victoria Hill - Are you serious right now? You know how many referees get tired of the wrestlers in the ring flaunting the rules and wind up cussing them out? Many of them.
Jessica Carr - What the mic doesn’t pick up, the mic doesn’t pick up. This was live and on the microphone so that the whole viewing audience could hear.
Victoria Hill - Well, fuck. That fucking sucks. See? No one, but the FCC cares!
Luke Rivers - When it comes to the time, vote for me! I will be your referee!
He heads to the back as the fans cheer him on.
Jessica Carr - I don’t like that he’s very confident in this.
Victoria Hill - He’s young, dumb, and ready to ref.
Jessica Carr - I guess you have that right.
Victoria Hill - I normally do. After this, Vespertine takes on Malibu Mike Swanson. She’s gonna frighten him to death!
Jessica Carr - What makes you say that?
Victoria Hill - Remember when he submitted to this Viking woman while she didn’t even have him in a hold? Fraidy cat!
Vespertine vs Malibu Mike Swanson
Marcela Sancho - The following contest has been scheduled for one fall! Coming to the ring first, hailing from Malibu, California…he is “Malibu” Mike Swanson!
“California Girls” by the Beach Boys begins playing as Mike Swanson walks out from the back. He poses for cheering fans for a moment before heading down to the ring, slapping some high fives on the way down the aisle. He rolls into the ring and flexes again for the cheering fans.
Jessica Carr - Malibu Mike comes from Malibu? A bit on the nose, isn’t it?
Victoria Hill - Hey, that way he remembers his address, which is probably on his phone so he doesn’t forget.
Jessica Carr - Ha!
Victoria Hill - I know, I slay myself sometimes.
The Sandurakar chant starts up. As it does so, the lights go down and the audience brings their phone lights out. A deep purple light shines upward from below the stage and fog starts to roil around the stage and on down the ramp. 4 drummers with what look to be Asian battle drums of some sort come out to the stage and set up. The chant goes down and then all is silent for a minute, we hear Vespertine's voice over the loudspeakers.
"I see you. I see your soul. And it.... is.... mine!"
"One of the drummers on the stage does a battle shout which is echoed by the others and then they start on their drums, drumming and tapping in unison which indicates the start of "The Warrior Chant" by the Hu.
"Hu hu hu hu hu hu hu."
A few moments of deep drumming and shouting from the drummers and then from below the stage, Gangrel style, rises Vespertine on the trapdoor entrance platform. She is looking down, arms down, she wears her ring gear, with trenchcoat and covered hood. When the platform stops, she steps off to the edge of the entrance ramp and then slowly looks up. As she does so, she opens her eyes and they are glowing a bright purple or another color. She reaches out to the audience as if to encompass their souls.
"Hu Hu Hu Hu Hu Hu"
She then walks down to the ring and when she gets ringside, she goes up the steps, leans on the ropes, turns around and does a backflip over the ring ropes Melina style. She gets to the center of the ring and looks down, then slowly she lifts her arms to point at the ceiling, then brings them back down quickly upon which fire pyro pillars go off at each of the four corner posts. She looks around either at her opponent or the audience and her eyes have turned to an orbless white. She slowly removes her hood and then looks up again and screams a feral scream to the ceiling. When she looks back at us, her eyes have returned to their normal color.
She walks over to the ring ropes and hands a techie both her hood and trenchcoat not taking her eyes off her opponent. The music stops and we hear over the loudspeakers.
"You will feel
Death....
by....
Diva."
As the fog seems to get sucked under the ring, she gets to her side of the ring, puts hand to fist and bows to her opponent then then stands waiting for her match to start
Ring Announcer: Hailing from the Gates of Eternity, coming in at 5 feet 5 inches, and 115 lbs, she is the Inevitable End, the Well Rounded Fighting Machine, I give you VESPERTINEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
The bell rings and immediately we get a super pose down from Mikey. He is showing off for the fans who are giving a lukewarm reaction. He does this for a minute or two before finally turning to Vespertine and blowing her a kiss. She then tries to outdo him in the super pose down and does a small sexy dance for the crowd. They love it even though she is heel.
Jessica Carr: I'm not sure what this is all about but the audience seems to love it.
Victoria Hill: The one and only time we can say "A man started this." And there's more of a reaction for Vespertine than there is Mike.
Jessica Carr: I mean come on, 90% of the time people will root for the small sex woman over the man. Any man, even a hottie like Mike.
Victoria Hill: I see who you are watching. I prefer to watch Vespertine.
Mike tries to get Vespertine to do more sexy dancing by trying to hip bump with her but she grabs him, turns him around, jumps and gives him an extreme back breaker. She lands and he does so and bounces around rolling around in pain on the mat. She quickly kips up and then turns it into a handspin leg drop ala John Morrison and comes down on the small of his back. She gets up and then kicks him to get him to turn back over and when he does so, she sits on his back to put him in a camel clutch
Jessica Carr - Starting with good offense. Mike thought he would get a little action tonight from her, a little sexy something.
Victoria Hill - Let's make this clear, when it comes to Vespertine, any position is open, any hole is also open but her sights are for the hotties of any gender and winners. Of which Mike is a loser even though he is hot. Does he realize what kind of night he could be having with her if they weren't on opposite sides of the ring.
Jessica Carr -And she didn't already see blood red from losing both her titles two shows ago.
Victoria Hill - There is that as well.
Meanwhile, Mike has reached the ropes and put a hand on them. The referees tells Vespertine but she refuses to let go so he starts the 5 count. At 4, she lets go. As Mike staggers up, Vesper stalks after him and he clocks her with a huge left hook, she staggers back but doesn't go down. He doesn't see this as he turns around and bows to the audience trying to aura farm a little bit. She sees this, walks over to him, grabs him by the shoulders, spins him around, and executes a perfect Mass Destruction a roundhouse with a reverse roundhouse. He just drops. She mounts him and hits him with a combination of slaps and punches.
Jessica Carr -That is probably the only offense you'll see from Mike tonight. He is going after an enraged Vespertine. I mean she even said in her promo, he had her full attention. And if that happens....
Victoria Hill - Right, broken bones, blood, bruises. I feel sorry for Mike. He gets the full brunt of it.
He gets off of him, and does the famous DX crotch chop standing right over for whatever reason, then picks him and hits a kamigoye. Which doesn't do as much damage as she thinks it does on a man his size. He goes go down so she quickly goes and whips him towards the ropes. On the rebound, he tries for a clothesline from hell but she turns it in a rolling cutter stunner and he bounces back and falls straight to the mat. She covers him. The referee gets into position.

Victoria Hill - Why did she lift his shoulders of the mat. She had him.
Jessica Carr -She wants to inflict more pain? That's all I can think of.
Victoria Hill - I'm sure that's it.
She picks him up and immediately gives him an Osaka street cutter for good measure. He goes down, she lifts him up and props him against the ropes. She then backs up and charges and executes a perfect "The View from Up High" a UFO cutter. He goes flying and lands in a heap in the middle of the ring.
Victoria Hill - Wow. Just wow! UFO cutter. I've never see anyone do it that perfectly, that stunningly no pun intended and with as much precision.
Jessica Carr -I think she taught herself when she saw Dragon Lee do it. I must say it fits into her arsenal very well.
She goes to cover. A three count later....
Marcela Sancho: Here is your winner, VESPERTINE!!!!
Now usually she just leaves having done her job for the night but she is still seeing red and she is currently stomping a mudhole in Mike who seems to be out of it and is not currently protecting himself. A couple of referees from the back come running down and help the third one break it up. She puts her hands up, goes out of the ring, grabs a steel baseball bat and a mic, rolls back in, and threatens all the referees with it before going back and landing a lot of hard heavy blows to Mike's back and legs. He is writhing in pain from all this punishment. She stops this and puts him in a chokehold with the bat until the referees come and drag her off.
Victoria Hill - Typical. I guess this is her way of sending a message to whomever she is sending it too. At this point, I don't think anyone cares.
Jessica Carr - It'll get someone's attention. Oh wait.... she's got the mic. I guess now we have to listen to her rant.
Vespertine segment
Vespertine is in the ring. She hasn't left yet. She is hardly sweating, but she has a rather venomous look on her face. She looks around at the audience, who are wildly booing her.
Vespertine - Oh, sorry, I don't dance for just anybody. Especially losers like you all. Especially for anybody from North Carolina.
Fans start booing again, then they start a "You Suck!" chant.
Vespertine - Typical of people from North Carolina. Oh, and by the way, I do suck. But not any of you. (She points her bat towards the medics helping Mike out of the ring) THAT.... is what happens when you cross Eternal Grove the wrong way. You don't get rain, you don't get hallucinations or dreams, you get blood and broken bodies left in our wake. Especially if you cross me. I am the executioner of Eternal Grove, and I take my role very seriously. But this isn't about EG; this is about me.
Audience - WHAT?
Vespertine - ME! ME! ME! Look, you can make me out to be the spoiled little brat all you want.
Audience - What?
Vespertine - But since I've got here, I have never gotten anybody's respect. They see Karlie, figure she is tall, she is a good wrestler, they know what she can do, and because she hates hardcore matches, she must be good in the ring. She is great in the ring, but I'm part of her equation.
Audience - What?
Vespertine - But now we have lost the tag titles, and I have lost the Valor title. She gets a shot at the Skirmish title, and I'm left once again empty-handed at the bottom of the totem pole, looking like the loser I am.
Audience - What?
Vespertine - Say what if you sleep with your sister.
Audience - What?
Vespertine - As I thought. (small AJ Lee type shrug) You do you. And your sister. Meanwhile, for me, I get no respect. I try hard to earn it by outdoing what I've done before, and still I get "Oh, you're just an emo girl who can't wrestle." STILL! A year later and I still get that.
Audience - What?
Ves (looks at Mike) Let that be my first lesson. Let him be my first victim. Everyone thinks I don't know what I'm doing; everyone still thinks I don't belong here, that I don't even belong in this business. Everyone on that roster in the back and all you morons think that too.
Audience boos.
Vespertine - Well, think that all you want; I can rant and rave, and nothing will come from it. Tonight is my time to rant about it and get it all out. Tell you that I can do this, that I am the best at what I do. That I need to earn more respect even if I have to break rules doing it. Yes, I'm small, slightly weak, and your typical girly girl. But when I'm in this ring, I'm a monster. This is my ring. This is my yard. I should be where Apathy is. And instead I get (she points her bat at Mike)
Vespertine - Soooo tonight, I made an example of Mike. Mr. Barbie. I will not be taken lightly anymore. I'll beat respect into each and every one of the roster until I have either earned it or have it beat into them. You don't take me seriously? WELL, I will show you how serious I am. Do I need to collect on more souls? No. Do I need to go more supernatural on your asses? Might help. Do I need to become better? That helps. But I will be more determined, more focused, and I will hit you with everything I got, harder than before. Don't you think that's possible? Nothing is impossible. I have proved time and again that I can do the impossible. I beat Tarrasque, I was in a Tartarus Deathcage match, and my boob was stapled. I was in a three-way for the Valor title, and ultimately I came out as the Valor champion. I have gone through your jobbers, I have gone through your lower cards, I have gone through your midcards until I was pushed...hard... back down the ladder. I am back amongst the jobbers.
She pauses and huffs, ire rising.
Vespertine - I will go straight through them again to get where I need to be. At the top of CWF. Where Drago is, where Abigail is. Where Apathy is. Where Miguel is. Where Rob Riot was. This.... (she points again at Mike) is only the beginning of what I'm trying to accomplish. Do I need to make examples? Probably. But I need to beat respect into the roster more so now than I have ever needed to before. And I guess I need to start with the jobbers again, beat respect into them before I get back to the main roster where I will beat respect into them as well.
She throws the mic down to the boos of the audience, goes through the ropes, up the ramp to "You Suck!” chants.
Referee Audition: Lexi Vega
Marcela Sancho - The next to come down to the ring to make their case on why they should be hired on as a referee…Lexi Vega!
“Opalite” by Taylor Swift begins playing as an excited Lexi Vega walks out from the back. She beams an ear-to-ear smile as the fans cheer her on. She begins to make her way down to the ring, waving at fans as she goes.
Once she gets to the ring, she steps through the ropes and is handed the microphone by Marcela Sancho as she is on her way out of the ring. Lexi looks around at the crowd before finally speaking.
Lexi Vega - Oh my gosh! I’m like, so psyched to be here tonight in Greensboro! I have always wanted to be involved in the wrestling business since I was a child, but not really to the point of wanting to wrestle. I wanted to be in the action, but not as the action. You know what I mean? I decided that being a referee was the way to go.
Lexi goes quiet as the crowd cheers her on.
Jessica Carr - Is she up there fangirling being a wrestling referee now?
Victoria Hill - That’s what it seems like she’s doing, yes.
Lexi Vega - I mean, I have been a referee when my brothers were fighting, so I know the basics already, and I took that class on how to be a referee for wrestling competitions. So, when you guys go to vote, you should totally vote for me. I would be a great referee for the CWF!
She blinks as the crowd cheers her on.
Jessica Carr - I think we are watching a shutdown in real time.
Victoria Hill - She’s nervous. It’s endearing really, but not good for someone who wants to be a referee.
Jessica Carr - Well, no. It would seem like she could crash and burn during a difficult decision.
Victoria Hill - Or, make the wrong call during a match and then shut down.
Lexi Vega - Umm. So yeah, vote for me! I…gotta go now.
Lexi hurries to the back as the fans continue to cheer for her in support.
Jessica Carr - Next up, we will hear from Benny Kozak.

Referee Audition: Benny Kozak
Marcela Sancho - And next to come down to the ring to tell us all why he should be hired on as referee…Benny “the Book” Kozak!
“I Fought the Law” by the Clash (cover) begins playing as Benny Kozak walks out from the back to the cheering of the fans. He waves to the fans and begins to make his way down to the ring.
Benny Kozak steps into the ring, where Marcela hands him the microphone on her way out of the ring. He looks around at the cheering audience with a smug smile.
Benny Kozak - I bet more than half of you would cheat if you thought that you could get away with it. Speed down the highway, cheat on your taxes, find a wallet and keep the money before dropping the wallet in the trash, and so on. Probably lie about your children’s ages at the buffet too.
This sours the crowd toward him right away, and they begin to boo him most fiercely.
Jessica Carr - What the heck? Isn’t he supposed to be winning the crowd over?
Victoria Hill - He’s just telling them what they need to hear.
Benny Kozak - You people make me sick. A bunch of rule breakers. I aim to become a referee to enforce the rules. You break a rule in my ring, and you will get admonished. Break the rules too many times or break certain sacred rules, and you will be disqualified. End of story, do not pass Go, do not collect two hundred dollars. You want to vote for me because deep down you know you want the rules upheld. You have a need to be punished!
Jessica Carr - I don’t know about all that. He seems to be just pissing the crowd off.
Victoria Hill - They will know what they need, and they will vote for him to come on full time.
Benny Kozak - I will make sure that these CWF wrestlers follow the rules of the match that they are in. They won’t be getting away with squat. I am the law, and fighting with me gets someone a loss on their record! So, vote for me and I will make these criminals follow the rules. Don’t vote for me and this place will wind up closed from rule violations!
Benny makes his way to the back with the crowd booing after him.
Jessica Carr - That’s some reverse psychology right there.
Victoria Hill - Think it will work?
Jessica Carr - No.
Victoria Hill - Yeah, I have my doubts too.
Jessica Carr - Well, after this, we are done with referees pleading for votes for a bit as we begin the chaos that is the gauntlet match for the shot at the Valor championship.
Victoria Hill - Woo hoo! Karlie Nash for the win!
Jessica Carr - How do you know?
Victoria Hill - She has beaten several of the people in this match series. Only seems fitting.
Gauntlet Match for a shot at the Valor Championship on S5E6 Sadie Graves, Karlie Nash, Alex Nelson, Miguel Lanza Jr, Zolothach
Marcela Sancho - The following contest is a Gauntlet match for the number one contendership for the Valor championship! The winner will get a title shot at the next Vanguard! Featuring first to come down to the ring, hailing from Dallas, Texas…he is Alex Nelson!
The opening guitar licks of “The End” play, and the lights in the arena strobe off and on as Alex Nelson walks down from the entryway to the ring, shadow boxing along the way. Rolling in from the bottom rope, he poses with his hands in the air in the middle of the ring and then goes to his corner, waiting…
Jessica Carr - Alex Nelson first to come down to the ring in this Gauntlet match. I wonder who will be second?
Victoria Hill - Whoever it is had better be ready. Alex is going to be like a dog with a bone to try to get them out to save energy.
Marcela Sancho - And second to come down to the ring, hailing from Paris, Illinois…she is Zolothach!
"Cthulhu" by Gunship begins playing as Tabitha Osbrone walks out from the back. She takes in the booing from the fans with a smile before walking down to the ring. She takes off her ceremonial robes, leaving a black singlet behind. She sets the robe in the corner, turns around, and looks right at Alex Nelson with a grin.
Jessica Carr - I don’t know that they did Alex any favors by having Zolothach come out second.
Victoria Hill - This is true. Alex is going to have a hard time here.
Jessica Carr - I mean, Zolothach is still half a mummy with all of the bandages that she’s covered in.
Victoria Hill - Right. That is also true that she’s coming in not at one hundred percent.
As the bell rings to start the match, Alex Nelson rushes at Zolothach and hits several forearm shots to the taped-up ribcage of Tabitha before whipping her into the ropes and taking her down on the rebound with a clothesline! He gets in a few stomps before Tabitha rolls away and gets back to her feet. Alex moves in to grab her by the shoulders, but she leans into the grab and hits a judo throw that sends Alex right to the mat. He gets right back up, though, and comes at Tabitha with fire in his eyes.
Tabitha grabs the rushing Alex and bodyslams him to the mat, though she is the main one shouting in pain as she completes the move.
Jessica Carr - I think that she’s really too injured to have been cleared for this match.
Victoria Hill - I think she conned the medical into believing that she was magic and could just heal herself.
Jessica Carr - Why would they buy that?
Victoria Hill - Well, they don’t want Zolothach to cut them…
Alex rolls to his feet and comes at Tabitha again. This time, he reaches down faster than she can react and sweps her legs out from under her. He applies a reverse chin lock while putting a knee to her back. Referee Leroy Wallace gets in to check to see if Tabitha will surrender, but she screams out a pained refusal.
The bandages underneath Tabitha’s wrestling outfit start to bleed through as she struggles to break free of the hold. Alex breaks the hold, hops up into the air, and comes down with both knees to the back of Tabitha’s neck! He pulls her up and whips her into the ropes, catch her on the rebound with a powerslam! He hooks a leg for the cover as Referee Leroy Wallace gets into position to make the count.

Tabitha shouts a word and vanishes, making Alex fall to the mat! She rolls back into the ring and behind Alex, who is arguing with the referee about why Tabitha is gone. She grabs him from behind with a full nelson that she only keeps on for a few seconds before she falls forward with him to drive his face into the mat! She gets up quickly and holds her side in pain. Leroy goes to check on her, but she waves him off.
Jessica Carr - Looks like she broke some stitches or something. She’s really soaking her bandages!
Victoria Hill - She knew the risks of getting back in the ring so soon.
Alex Nelson gets up and punches Tabitha in the side where the bandages are red and seeping through. He then pulls her into an Argentine backbreaker, working to bend her in half to keep more pressure on those ribs. Tabitha cries out in pain, but struggles to keep on keeping on.
Tabitha works on rolling off his shoulders, and he eventually drops her to the mat, turning around and kicking her in the ribcage again. Tabitha coughs up blood onto the mat before swooning. Alex now begins to look concerned and offers his hand to help her to her feet while speaking to her in a tone that the microphones don’t pick up.
Tabitha growls at him and smacks his hand away. She stands up, staggering sideways before she regains her feet. She steps up to Alex and takes a wild swing at him. Alex doesn’t have to do much to get out of the way of the attack. He steps into her reach and applies a bear hug. The air explodes out of Tabitha’s lungs as Alex squeezes. Leroy asks her if she is going to submit, and there is a long pause as she stares at him, indecision on her face. Finally, she shakes her head no and whips her head back. She then sends her face forward as fast as she can and headbutts Alex! The blow surprises him as much as it hurts them both, blood bursting from both of their noses at the impact.
Since she is not yet free, Tabitha rears her head back and hits another headbutt to the face! Alex’s grip loosens, and Tabitha breaks free! She takes a couple of steps backward to put some space between her and him, but falls down onto the mat!
Jessica Carr - Leroy should really end this match now!
Victoria Hill - You would think that this would be a good idea, but no.
Alex goes to reach for Tabitha, but the fact that she is starting to have blood pool by her sides changes his mind. Instead, he calls Leroy over and says something to him while pointing at her. Leroy seems to consider it and nods, signaling for the bell to be sounded and signaling to the back for EMTs. Daniel Corgan steps into the ring to check on Tabitha while the EMT’s come down to the ring with a stretcher.
Marcela Sancho - This match has been stopped due to Zolothach being unable to continue. Winner of the match is Alex Nelson!
Jessica Carr - This would suck in a way, but be good in a way too.
Victoria HIll - How is this good?
Jessica Carr - Zolothach is going to go back to the hospital nd get some more care for her wounds instead of jumping back into action as soon as he can. I’m going to mention it to Valora during the break that still injured wrestlers should not have to make appearances.
Victoria Hill - Good luck with that.
Jessica Carr - Sarcasm?
Victoria Hill - No. Zolothach needs help when it concerns her own safety. She needs to be told she can’t get into the ring when she’s hurt.
Jessica Carr - That’s awfully nice of you.
Victoria Hill - Yeah, I am one of a kind. I wonder who is going to be the one to come down ot the ring next to take on Alex?
Jessica Carr - We are about to find out!
Victoria Hill - Marcela Sancho back in the ring to announce the next opponent.
Match 2 of the Gauntlet
Marcela Sancho - Coming down to the ring next, hailing from the Last House on the Left…she is “the Final Girl” Sadie Graves!
The arena lights dim as "Nightmare" by Halsey begins to play throughout the arena. Sadie Graves emerges onto the stage wearing a black leather jacket over her ring gear (white tank top and black athletic shorts), a kendo stick resting across her shoulders.
She pauses at the top of the ramp and surveys the crowd before beginning her walk to the ring. Along the way, she occasionally slaps hands with fans, though her focus remains fixed on the ring ahead. Upon reaching ringside, Sadie taps the kendo stick against the ring apron before sliding it beneath the bottom rope. She removes her jacket and drapes it over the turnbuckle before entering the ring.
Climbing onto the second turnbuckle, Sadie raises the kendo stick into the air as the crowd cheers. After a brief moment, she hops down to the canvas and places the weapon in her corner before settling in, ready for the fight ahead.
Jessica Carr - Now, Sadie has had a somewhat strange career so far in that when she came onto the scene, she brought down the giant, Dylan Erickson. In her second match, she was in turn taken down by Karlie Nash. Now, she fights for a Valor title shot, and her first opponent in this will be Alex Nelson.
Victoria Hill - Alex Nelson, having just defeated Zolothach by worsening her injuries and causing referee Leroy Wallace to call the match, so she can be shipped back to the hospital. You know, Vespertine wasn’t this hard up.
Jessica Carr - Vespertine is immortal, or so I have been told. Zolothach is not.
Victoria Hill - Oh. Sucks to be Zolothach then.
As the bell sounds to start the match, Alex Nelson rushes across the ring to attack Sadie Graves. He gets a few European uppercuts in before he whips her into the ropes. On the rebound, he goes for a clothesline, but she ducks under the arm and goes to the opposite side of the ring. On the rebound, she hits a dropkick that sends Alex to the mat.
Alex jumps right back up and catches a hard right hand to the side of the face before Sadie drags him down with a bulldog! Alex kneels up quickly and hits a charley horse real quick that gets Sadie to double over so that he can drag her down into a small package. Leroy Wallace gets down into position to make the count.

Jessica Carr - Alex almost hit a two-fer!
Victoria Hill - Two-fer?
Jessica Carr - Yeah, going through two opponents.
Victoria Hill - Oh, I see.
Alex gets up to his feet and catches Sadie as she gets up with a side headlock. Sadie quickly pushes Alex off and into the ropes. As Alex comes back off of the rebound, Sadie hits a big boot that sends Alex to the mat with authority! She gets in a few kicks and stomps before Alex can roll away and back to his feet. Sadie grabs him before he can get away and hits a backstabber! She rolls him over for the pinfall!

……..t-Alex kicks out!
Sadie kneels up and grabs Alex by the hair to pull him up and then slam the back of his head against the mat! She stands up with him and whips him into the corner where he hits hard enough to bounce and slide into a seated position. Sadie rushes at him, but he rolls out of the ring to the floor! Sadie puts the brakes on, stopping before she impacts the corner and grabs the ropes so she can hit a slingshot crossbody over the ropes to the floor!
Jessica Carr - Sadie taking this to the outside.
Victoria Hill - Technically, Alex took it to the outside first.
Sadie Graves stands up and pulls Alex Nelson up so that she can try to roll him into the ring, but he hits a drop toe hold that sends her face first into the ring steps to demolish them! Alex rolls into the ring and watches as Sadie gets back up, bleeding from the forehead. She rolls into the ring, and Alex sets upon her with kicks and stomps, but Leroy Wallace gets in the way and tells Alex to allow her into the ring. Alex backs up a few steps so that Sadie can stand up. He rushes at her again to go for a clothesline to take her over the top rope again, but Sadie ducks and grabs Alex and sends him over the ropes to land flat on his back on the floor!
Jessica Carr - Alex took flight there!
Victoria Hill - Sailing away!
Sadie watches as Alex gets back to his feet unsteadily and takes off running across the ring. She dives through the ropes to catch Alex with the dive, leveling him! The crowd begin to chant.
“Holy shit! Holy shit!”
Sadie gets up a little slower now and rolls Alex into the ring. She follows and pulls him up so she can hit the package piledriver that she calls Grave Digger! She goes for the pinfall, hooking a leg.

Jessica Carr - Well, Alex tried, but he couldn’t get by Sadie Graves. Who is next, I wonder?
Victoria Hill - We will find out soon enough, as Marcela Sancho is getting back in the ring to announce them.
Match 3 of the Gauntlet
Marcela Sancho - Next to come down to the ring, from Grand Marais, Minnesota, being accompanied to the ring by Tracy Dixon and Hilda Meyer, weighing one hundred and seventy-two pounds, “The Premier Athlete” Karlie Nash.
Karlie walks to the ring, ignoring the crowd, she climbs the ropes from the outside and gives a thumbs down to the fans, then lowers her hood and smirks at the crowd. She steps down from the ropes inside the ring, removes her hoodie, and stretches in the corner. She looks across the ring at Sadie Graves with a knowing grin.
Jessica Carr - Karlie Nash has already won this match in her head. Look at her!
Victoria Hill - I mean, she did beat Sadie before and rather easily.
Jessica Carr - Yeah, but I doubt it will happen tonight.
Victoria Hill - Yeah…I doubt it too.
As the bell starts the match, Karlie Nash rushes across the ring and begin punching Sadie before pulling her up into a quick suplex and bringing her down. Sadie tries to get up quickly, but hammering blows to the back keep her down on her hands and knees. Karlie reaches down and hits a gutwrench suplex before going for the quick cover! Leroy Wallace gets into position to make the count!

……..thr-Sadie kicks out!
Karlie stands up and before Sadie can react, drags her heel across Sadie’s face! Sadie reacts poorly, grabbing at her face and flopping around on the mat in pain. Blood leaks through her fingers as she lies on the mat. Karlie motions to her while looking at the referee with a wicked grin.
Karlie Nash - Maybe you should stop the match so she can get medical aid?
Sadie Graves - No!
Sadie stands up, blood running freely from the opened gash on her forehead (from when she was smashed into the ring steps during the last match). Blood drips onto her chest, covers her hands. Karlie just laughs as she kicks Sadie in the gut and begins to go for the double underhook piledriver, but Sadie drops to the mat before Karlie can get her up.
Jessica Carr - Karlie just taking Sadie apart.
Victoria Hill - Maybe Karlie’s arrogance was right?
Jessica Carr - Maybe.
Victoria Hill - Whoever wins this match will get to face Miguel Lanza Jr in the ring. I don’t envy either of them.
Karlie gets up and pulls Sadie up into a full nelson that she quickly transitions into a bulldog! Karlie grabs Sadie by the hair on the back of her head and begins smashing her face into the mat, making bloody faceprints on it.
She stands up and looks around at the booing crowd with an unbalanced smile before applying the Nash-ural Selection! Leroy Wallace goes to check to see if Sadie will submit, but this time she refuses!
Jessica Carr - Looks like we’ve come back to the submission move that finished Sadie off when the two first met.
Victoria Hill - Yeah, but will it be enough to defeat Sadie this time? I mean, it looks like it.
Sadie gets one arm free and raises it into the air in a method of defiance that gets the crowd cheering for her. Quickly though, it begins to droop until it drops. Leroy Wallace checks the arm to see if she is out.
He lifts it once, the arm drops..
He lifts it a second time, the arm drops.
He lifts it a third time and the arm drops, but stops before it hits the mat. Sadie lifts it up into the air to let the crowd and referee know that she is still fighting! She grabs at the mat and begins to slowly drag herself to the ropes. She doesn’t have far to go, but it seems like ages of her trying to drag her body and Karlie’s to the ropes so that she can grab the bottom rope. Leroy Wallace tells Karlie to break the hold and she does so after reaching a five count.
Jessica Carr - Sadie is free, but at what cost?
Victoria Hill - We’re about to find out real quick.
Karlie stands up and kicks Sadie in the ribs before reaching down to pull her up. Instead of being pulled up, Sadie pulls Karlie down into a jawbreaker! Karlie bounces off of her and to the mat. Sadie gets up and limps over to the rising Karlie and punches her. She then kicks low to the knee and then high with a superkick that levels Karlie.
Karlie doesn’t stay down for long, but Sadie grabs her from behind, hitting a German suplex. Sadie gets right back up and pulls Karlie up, aiming for the package piledriver, but Karlie counters with a quick backdrop before her arms can be locked up.
Jessica Carr - Karlie’s not planning on being caught in the Grave Digger any time soon.
Victoria Hill - Right It’s somewhat similar to her own finisher, Upper Body Injury.
Sadie starts to get up and Karlie goes in for the lock up, but Sadie transitions to a front facelock that she transitions to the bulldog choke that she calls the Blackout! Leroy Wallace checks to see if she will submit, but she refuses! Karlie tries to break out of the hold, but finds herself passing out from the blood flow being cut off to her brain. Leroy checks her arm.
He raises Karlie’s arm once. It drops.
He raises Karlie’s arm twice. It drops.
He raises Karlie’s arm a third time. It drops. He signals to Sadie to break the hold and for the bell.
Marcela Sancho - Winner of the match and moving on to the final gauntlet match…”the Final Girl” Sadie Graves!
Jessica Carr - Sadie has beaten Karlie Nash!
Victoria Hill - Yeah, but at what cost? Miguel Lanza Jr is coming next!
Jessica Carr - Yeah, that’s going to be an ouch.
Victoria Hill - Right? We will have to watch and see. Marcela getting into the ring as Karlie is waking up and heading to the back.
Match 4 of the Gauntlet
Marcela Sancho - The final person to come down for the Gauntlet match…hailing from Patillas, Puerto Rico…he is “the Dreadnought” Miguel Lanza Jr!
As Disturb's "Won't Back Down" starts to play over the Arena's PA System, the big man from Puerto Rico walks out. He raises up his left hand in a fist as he stands there one moment to take in whatever the crowd's reaction may be tonight. Once he's ready, he makes his way down to the ring, occasionally giving the fans what is a very high-five for them.
Once he gets to the ring, he reaches up and pulls himself to the apron via pulling the top rope. He then enters, stepping over the ropes, and starts to get ready for this matchup.
Jessica Carr - Miguel has the most advantage here, being the last to come down ot the ring.
Victoria Hill - He has the most size too.
Miguel looks across the ring at the battered Sadie with an easy grin. Not arrogant, but confident. When the bell sounds to start the match, Miguel crosses the ring quickly as Sadie moves to get ready. He bowls her over with a shoulder charge, knocking her down to the mat.
He pulls her up right away and grabs her for a Russian Legsweep, but pulls her forward onto her face! Miguel stands up and watches as Sadie slowly starts to get up. He pounds her with double axe handle smashes until she is face down on the mat! He then pulls her up and picks her up by the throat before tossing her across the ring!
Sadie starts to slowly get up when Miguel walks over and grabs her to throw her back with a belly-to-belly suplex! Miguel grabs her by the ankles and begins to spin her around in a giant swing that he calls the Roundabout. He releases her, and she flies across the ring to slide to a stop under the bottom turnbuckle and slams her shoulder into the ring post!
Jessica Carr - Miguel taking advantage of a dazed and tired Sadie Graves.
Victoria Hill - Taking advantage of her?
Jessica Carr - Not like that, but yes.
Victoria Hill - Just thought I would check there.
Miguel drags Sadie out of the corner and picks her up into a power bomb position, but this seems to bring Sadie to life, and she punches Miguel in the head a few times to get him to loosen his grip so that she can bring him down with a huricanrana!
Miguel is almost instantly up, ahead of Sadie. He grabs her again and whips her into the ropes, and on the rebound, he goes for the powerslam! However, as Miguel bends down to lift her up, she kicks him in the face, sending blood and spittle across the mat. Miguel starts to stand up straight, but Sadie gets behind him and hits a backstabber! She quickly goes for the pinfall as Leroy slides into position to make the count.

……tw-Miguel powers out of the pin, sending Sadie nearly two feet into the air!
Sadie gets up to her feet, watching as Miguel gets up. She backs up to the ropes as Miguel advances, but leans back on the ropes to flip over them while kicking Miguel hard enough in the chin to send him down to the mat, and she lands on her feet onto the ring apron. Miguel gets right back up, but a slingshot crossbody puts him down! Sadie hooks a large leg for the cover!

Sadie gets up and eyes her kendo stick at the corner real quick, but does not move to grab it. This costs her as Miguel Lanza Jr gets up and grabs her in a full nelson. Sadie slides out of the full nelson and rolls out of the ring with Miguel in hot pursuit. Sadie turns and grabs the charging Miguel, hot shotting him across the top of the ring railing surrounding the ring! Miguel drops to the floor and clutches at his throat while rolling around in pain. Sadie stands up and looks down with some concern on her face before she rolls back into the ring as Leroy starts the count.
…1…2…3…4…5…6…7…8…9…10!
Marcela Sancho - Winner of the match via countout and number one contender to the Valor championship…”the Final Girl” Sadie Graves!
Sadie has her hand raised in the air by Leroy Wallace as she celebrates her win. Evie Wood, the Ringside Doctor, runs to Miguel’s side and checks on him before signalling to the back for help. While the EMTs rush down to the ring, Evie looks at the skin color of Miguel as he is quickly turning blue. She takes out a pocket knife and pen to make a straw and cuts into Miguel’s windpipe to make a hole below the damaged section to insert the pen so that he can breathe.
Jessica Carr - Jesus! What kind of damage happened to Miguel?
Victoria Hill - I don’t know, but it looks bad enough that Evie had to perform surgery at ringside in front of the fans.
Jessica Carr - Next up, we hear from referee potential, Regina Cross, on why she should be hired on with the CWF.
Victoria Hill - I wonder if she will be brave enogh to even come down to the ring to face the fans?
Jessica Carr - We will just have to see.
Victoria Hill - Right?

Marcela Sancho - And next to come down to the ring to convince us to vote for them to become a full-time referee is Regina Cross!
“Titanium” by Sia begins playing as Regina Cross timidly steps out from the back. When the fans begin to cheer for her, she looks like she might turn around and run backstage. She gathers up her courage and begins to walk toward the ring, waving at the fans as she walks.
She makes her way down to the ring, where she enters and nearly shrinks back as Marcela tries to hand her the microphone. Marcela sighs and hands her the mic before exiting the ring. Regina turns to face the crowd, looking for the world as if she might bolt. The cheering fans seem to calm her a little, but she still stands in the ring in silence while watching the crowd.
Jessica Carr - What’s going on here? Isn’t she supposed to be selling us on how she’s going to be a great referee if we vote for her?
Victoria Hill - Serious stage fright that this one has.
Jessica Carr - She already refereed a match!
Victoria Hill - She was focused on doing the job then. Now? She’s gotta face the crowd.
Regina Cross - Ummm, hey, guys.
Her eyes go wide as the crowd cheers loudly in response.
Regina Cross - Guys…I just wanted to come down here and say for y’all to vote for me to become a full-time referee. I took a class and everything, guys! I would be the very best referee that I can be!
And she just sort of…stops talking and looks at the fans with a nervous grin.
Jessica Carr - Has she started a staring contest with the audience?
Victoria Hill - I think she just doesn’t know what to say anymore and just shut down.
Regina continues to stare at the audience until Marcela Sancho enters the ring and takes the microphone from her. Regina leans toward the microphone.
Regina Cross - Okay, guys, I see you later! Vote for me!
She heads to the back to the cheering of the crowd.
Jessica Carr - I don’t know about voting for her, but after these messages we will have the Valor championship!
Victoria Hill - Rayven Reinhardt, Trelisa Perrault, or Madd Morales? Who will walk out as champion?

As "Handclap" by Fitz and the tantrums hits the arena, it darkens, and neon colors light the stage and ramp. Trelisa moves onto the stage under a spotlight. Trelisa wears a different elaborate designer jacket each time she takes the stage, as well as a pair of sunglasses.
"Turn it up."
As the first words hit, Trelisa takes hold of her sunglasses and casts them off her face. She walks down the ramp, and a spotlight follows her, lighting her way. She moves with all the grace of a model on a walkway. As she walks, she lifts her arms out, and then points them in the direction she's walking. She's like a queen taking to the stage, and the audience is her domain until she reaches the bottom of the ramp.
"I can make your hands clap"
At that Trelisa her hand and claps along with the song. The audience joins in, and Trelisa begins a slow walk around to the south side of the ring. Climbing onto the apron, she'll sway her hips in a dancer's manner, and she'll take a moment to blow a kiss to a fan in the front row, bringing her index and middle finger to her lips as she does so. Finally, she slips into the ring, spinning with a dancer's flair, before turning and moving back toward the opposite corner. Once more the song announces it can make the audience's hands clap and they clap along.
"Every night when the stars come out"
Climbing to the second rope Trelisa gracefully dips, leaning forward and reaching a hand up as if she were stretching her arms to the heavens, with the only light in the arena coming from the spotlight on her and the phones from the audience, their lit phones making it seem like she is surrounded by stars. At last, she climbs down and gets ready for the match.
Jessica Carr - Trelisa finally has her moment with Madd Morales.
Victoria Hill - And it’s been polluted by Rayven Reinhardt.
Jessica Carr - She earned her way into this match.
Victoria Hill - So you say. She failed to win the match at the last Vanguard, so she was given another chance.
Jessica Carr - It was a draw?
Victoria Hill - She didn’t win.
Marcela Sancho - Next to come down to the ring, hailing from Targoviste, Romania…she is Rayven Reinhardt!
The lights dim in the arena as ‘No Fear’ by The Rasmus plays over the PA. Rayven makes her way out from the back, pausing to pace back and forth at the top of the rampway, looking down to the ring. She breaks the pacing by doing a couple of skips as she begins her path to the ring, pausing to interact with the fans and then makes her way to the ring, sliding under the bottom rope and coming to her feet and making her way to one of the top turnbuckles, climbing it and playing to the crowd before backflipping to the ring and landing on her feet, bowing to the crowd. After her flourish, she turns and begins to prepare for the upcoming match.
Jessica Carr - Rayven looking ready to win this time.
Victoria Hill - I would have hoped she was ready to win last time, even though she failed.
Jessica Carr - Again, it was a draw.
Victoria Hill - Failed to win in the time allotted is what I’m hearing.
Marcela Sancho - And finally to enter the ring, hailing from Norfolk, Virginia…he is the CWF Valor champion…Madd Morales!
The arena dies. Not silence, just absence. No lights. No hum of the crowd. Just a
cold vacuum like the breath of God had been sucked from the building. Then-
A hiss. A snarl of distortion. A demonic laugh, buried deep in the bass as the first crawling notes
of “EvilJordan” twist out of the void like a serpent tasting the air. But the verse doesn’t drop. It
lingers. Mutates. The beat warps into a ritual pulse—slowed, stretched, reverberating like a
summoning drum.
The camera finds the stage. The ground trembles. A circle of scorched runes glows red-hot
underfoot as smoke rises thick and hellish from the center. Then-a metallic screech as the metal
stage is ripped open, leaving a hole in the ground. Then finally-
"BEGGIN ON HER KNEES TO BE POPULAR..."
An ancient, blackened elevator platform rises from beneath the ring. Upon it, Him. Morales...masked. Not the man. Not the prophet. Not the punk. The Devil. Cloaked in ritual
black, leather writhing like shadows across his form, the mask a grotesque crown of horns and
bone, his head bowed like he’s climbing from the Underworld itself. Arms spread like a fallen
angel crucified in reverse. He maintains the pose as he walks towards the ring. The moment he
reaches the ringside, fire ignites in each corner of the arena, uncontrolled, uninvited, like hell
itself had slipped through the seams of the world.
At ringside, he does not pause. He does not gloat. He climbs onto the apron, raises his hands to
his face and slowly peels his mask just enough to let only his eyes be seen. Eyes that do not
blink. Do not emote. They burn. Not with ambition, but with hunger. The lights dim to blood-red.
The music crashes into its distorted hook as he steps into the ring like a beast entering its cage.
The Devil has come home. There is no Morales tonight. There is only retribution.
Jessica Carr - What is this?
Victoria Hill - This is the Devil persona. These girls are going to be in deep trouble.
Jessica Carr - His whole demeanor looks to be changed.
Victoria Hill - It is different. He’s going to be a badass tonight.
As the bell sounds to start the match, the three meet in the center of the ring and begin circling around one another to see who will get the opening to strike first. Madd moves first, striking Trelisa in the mouth with an elbow that levels her right away. Rayven hits a drop kick on Madd, sending him staggering back a few steps.
A spinning heel kick to the rising Trelisa sends her back down to the mat again. Rayven advances on the rising Madd, going for another dropkick, but Madd moves out of the way before kicking Rayven in the gut as she recovers from doing the dropkick. Madd throws Rayven to the mat with a hip toss before applying a reverse chin lock on Trelisa. Referee Erica Costa-Alvarez gets into position to check to see if Trelisa will submit, but she refuses.
Rayven breaks up the hold with a kick between the shoulder blades of Madd Morales. She helps Trelisa up into a snap suplex that sends Trelisa back to the mat. Rayven gets up and sidesteps a clothesline from Madd before kicking him in the gut and hitting him with a lungblower! Madd bounces off of the mat and twitches on his side.
Jessica Carr - We, we can see that Trelisa isn’t doing well in this match so far, but the other two are.
Victoria Hill - Trelisa isn’t looking the greatest going into this match. I wonder if there is something wrong with her?
Rayven hits a standing moonsault on Madd and goes for the pinfal!

……..th-Madd Morales kicks out!
Rayven Reinhardt gets bac up to her feet and does a blind spin kick to behind her, catching Trelisa Perrault in the jaw and sending her back down to the mat. She turns back around to look down at Madd Morales, but he is up already. He grabs her and hits a snap suplex before she can react. He gets to his feet and sends a few kicks and stomps to Trelisa’s ribcage!
Jessica Carr - It seems that Rayven and Madd are taing turns to keep Trelisa down while they have a match!
Victoria Hill - That is what it seems like.
Madd pulls Trelisa up and applies a full nelson. Erica goes to check to see if she will give it up, but she refuses. Madd sees Rayven getting up and snaps Trelisa back with a full nelson suplex! Once Madd gets up, Rayven is on him with a boot to the gut and a DDT!
Rayven grabs Trelisa and applies a Guillotine Choke Hold. Erica goes to see if she will submit and she refuses still! Madd gets up and walks toward the pair and Rayven transitions into another DDT, sending Trelisa to the mat so that she can bounce right back up. Madd hits a crucifex driver, sending Rayven to the mat and going for the cover! Erica gets into position to make the count!

Jessica Carr - Who are these people starting to gather at the security railing?
Victoria Hill - People? Hmm?
Indeed, people have begun to push their way to the front row past ticket holders and stood at the ring railing and watching the match with an intensity that bordered on madness. They cheered loudly when Madd went for the cover.
Jessica Carr - Are those…Madd’s Freaks?
Victoria Hill - Pish posh. Those are just fans of Madd Morales. People do this all of the time. Don’t worry about it.
Madd kneels up and looks down at Rayven coldly before standing up and pulling Rayven to her feet. He strikes her in the midsection and pulls her into a dragon sleeper. Eric gets into position to see if Rayven will submit, but the move is broken up by Trelisa, who looks angrily at Madd.
Jessica Carr - Trelisa has found her anger!
Victoria Hill - About time!
Madd gets up and dodges a blow from Trelisa before wrapping her up into an abdominal stretch! Erica checks to see if Trelisa will submit and she refuses. Rayven dropkicks the both of them and the move is broken.
Jessica Carr - Can we get security down here?
Victoria Hill - Why? Are the unwashed masses making you nervous?
Jessica Carr - Yes.
Victoria Hill - Oh. Well, ok then.
A few more security people come down to the ringside area, watching the Freaks gathering at the barricades, but otherwise doing nothing. Madd Morales begins to notice his people and looks out at ringside, his expression unreadable.
Rayven grabs Trelisa and hits a sliding faceplant, sending Trelisa face first to the mat! She then grabs the distracted Madd and whips him into the ropes, nailing a Shadow Kick on the rebound! Rayven goes for the pinfall, but breaks the pinfall up as she watches the Freaks spill into the ringside area, quickly overwhelming the security.
Madd sits up and notices them, getting up to his feet and going to the ropes. His unreadable expression cracks with something that looks like anger.
Madd Morales - I told you no!
The Freaks press closer to the ring, their hands on the ring apron. While Madd is distracted with them, Rayven applies Black Magick to Trelisa, getting a quick submission before the Freaks begin to storm the ring! They attack everyone in the ring with the rest of the Upstarts (sans Miguel) rushing down to the ring to help. Rooks and Graves also come down to the ring to smash some Freaks and get Madd out of there.
With the real obect of their fury gone, the Freaks exit the ring and ringside area quickly in search of Madd, Rook, and Graves. The Upstarts stand tall in the ring and raise Rayven’s arms in victory as she is being handed the Valor championship belt!
Marcela Sancho - Winner of the match and NEW CWF Valor champion…Rayven Reinhardt!
Jessica Carr - I knew those Freaks were going to be a factor, but I did not think that they would be a distraction for their leader.
Victoria Hill - They thought they knew better than Madd. I guess.
Jessica Carr - Well, Rayven better love that championship cause she will get to contend with Sadie Graves at the next Vanguard.
Victoria Hill - Heck of a welcome to the championship scene for her.
Jessica Carr - Coming up, Prudence Sharpe takes the stage to make her case for being hired on as full time referee.
Victoria Hill - She’s rather…intense.
Jessica Carr - Yeah.
Victoria Hill - And after she has had her say, we will go right into the Skirmish match finale match as Kat Hale, Abigail Dresden, Fiona O’Connell, and Akame McClancy compete to see who the first Skirmish champion will be!
Jessica Carr - I’m so excited I could pee!
Victoria Hill - That’s…gross.
Jessica Carr - It’s just an expression, Vic.
Victoria Hill - Oh. Still gross.
Referee Audition: Prudence Sharpe
Marcela Sancho - And now the final would-be referee to come down to the ring to make their case of why they should be voted for…Prudence Sharpe!
“Who I Am” by Jim Johnston begins playing as Prudence Sharpe walks out from the back. She affixes the crowd with a baleful glare as if they all did something wrong before walking down toward the ring.
She gets down to the ring and enters, Marcela Sacho timidly hands her the microphone and exits the ring. Prudence looks around at the crowd who give her a mixed reaction (though more boos than cheers).
Prudence Sharpe - I think that Benny might be right. You lot are a bunch of rulebreakers and deserve to be punished. I’m not talking about a simple disqualification. That doesn’t really teach you people a lesson.
Jessica Carr - Ohh, are we talking abot solitary confinement? Maybe some light spanking?
Victoria Hill - I think you might have some wishful thinking here. I don’t think any punishment that she is looking to dole out will be nice or sexual in nature.
Jessica Carr - No, probably not. Dang. I mean…I have been a bad girl…
Victoria Hill - Oh lord.
Prudence Sharpe - Only I can maintain control with the wrestlers in this company. They are an unruly lot that will break the rules as soon as breathe. If I have to put a knee to a neck to make sure that my rules in the ring are followed, I will put a knee to a neck without a bit of question.
Now the crowd is unanimous in their booing of Prudence. She just shakes her head.
Prudence Sharpe - I am the voice of reason in this company. I am the voice of the law. Vote for me if you want to see matches under control here. Vote for me if you would like to see these degenerates punished!
The crowd continue to boo her with the odd cheer.
Jessica Carr - So, there are some people out there who want to see the wrestlers punished by Pridence?
Victoria Hill - Sure seems like it. They might want to see her try to control some of the people in this company.
Prudence Sharpe - Think about it and vote correctly. I am willing to punish those who need to consider the vote more thoroughly
She gets a few more cheers from that though most of the crowd stands against her. Prudence drops the microphone and heads to the back, keeping her murderous glare on the audience.
Jessica Carr - I think I’m scared and a little aroused at the same time.
Victoria Hill - You would be. Gross.
Jessica Carr - Well, after this is the main event of the evening as the first Skirmish champion is determined.
Victoria Hill - I can’t wait! No commercials this time. Straight on into the action as Marcela Sancho is on her way back to the ring to pick up the mic that Prudence dropped.
Kat Hale v. Fiona O’Connell v. Abigail Dresden v. Akame McClancy Skirmish Title match Elimination
Eric Wilson - Ladies and Gentlemen, the following match, is your Vanguard main event of the evening and it is the final match in the CWF Skirmish title tournament!! The match will be fought under elimination rules until only one fighter is left standing!!
Ben Price - This is one of the matches that has been highly anticipated and it seems a forgone conclusion that one of the Upstarts will come out on top!
Eddie Vega - I’m excited for this! We’re going to see the end of the Upstarts! They talk like they’re from a Japanese Anime show with the power of friendship and crap, but firstly, Abigail, Akame and Fiona are really the only active members at the moment and two of them are about to leave this match really pissed off.
Eric Wilson - Introducing first, our special guest referee for the evening! Hailing from Los Angeles, California! She is one third of the owners of CWF, The Hardcore Icon, Valora Salinas!!!
‘Bring It’ by Trapt plays over the PA bringing the crowd to their feet in cheers and some boos as certain red hatted segments of the fans hold up signs calling for Valora to be ‘sent back to her own country.’ Valora comes out from the back wearing a CWF referee shirt. Valora somehow manages to avoid taking the bait from the red hats and makes her way to the ring, climbing in.
Ben Price - Valora seems to be taking her role as ref seriously. Usually, she never misses a chance to mix it up with detractors and she is famous for telling her fans to ‘Punch a Fascist in the Face.’ In fact, I have to wonder how the hell the trio of owners work together.
Eddie Vega - Simple, they were smart enough to put Valora in charge of the wrestlers. This keeps her happy and the, frankly, more professional owners can handle the ‘Boring corpo stuff.’ As Valora would put it.
Eric Wilson - Introducing first. She hails from Grand Junction, Colorado. Standing five feet, 9 inches tall and weighing in at 140lbs. She is ‘Wicked’ Kat Hale!!!
The lights begin flashing green, blue, and red as the initial jingle of "Nemo" by Nightiwsh starts. Kat delays hitting the stage for those initial seven seconds.
She comes out wearing a black leather jacket that stops at her mid-drift, and she comes out with high energy. Throwing up the rock and roll devil horns a few times. Before moving to either side of the stage to engage with the crowd. Pointing towards them and then starting to make her way down to the ring. She'll continue interacting with fans near the ramp. High-fiving and occasionally pausing to throw up devil horns with other members of the audience.
She makes her way to the south side of the ring, jumps onto the apron, and throws her hands out to either side to pose for the audience. Then, slipping under the middle rope moves to the opposite end of the ring. Climbing on to the middle rope of the turnbuckle, she'll rock up and down with her head down, covering the top rope until rising and flipping her hair back over her shoulders and pose with her arms spread once again. Pointing to members of the audience.
At last, she'll step down and strip off her jacket, readying herself for the match. On occasion, if she's the last competitor out, she'll turn and sit on the turnbuckle until the bell rings.
Ben Price - Kat Hale is definitely in an unenviable spot here as she faces 3 members of the Upstarts. Valora claims she’s here to ensure some degree of fairness but I have to say the deck is definitely stacked against Kat here as against all odds, all 3 Upstarts who entered the tournament made it to the final match.
Eddie Vega - It certainly is an interesting scenario. But still, mark my words.. There are going to be at least 2 pissed off Upstarts at the end of the match tonight.
Eric Wilson - Introducing next. She hails from Dublin, Ireland. Standing 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing in at 135lbs. She is the current 4 Winds Tempest champion and a member of the Upstarts, Fiona O’Connell!!!
As ‘Blood’ by Dropkick Murphys plays over the PA, the fans come to their feet cheering as Fiona comes out from the back very much like a boxer, jogging in place, hopping from one foot to the other. She is clearly singing along with her entrance song but no mics pick up her voice and she lets loose a lightning fast flurry of punches before holding up her right hand into the air. Her Mother, Tera, stands behind her and Fiona makes her way to the ring slowly, stopping to shake hands with fans and as the fans cheer, she seems to feed off their energy and then, finally makes her way to the ring where she climbs in and throws another combination of punches and then moves to a corner and waits for her opponent
Ben Price - We’re told that recently, Fiona had to fly to Sydney, Australia where she appeared on AWS programming where she successfully defended the 4 Winds Tempest title against the Harrower. So with the round trip, Fiona has to be jet-legged and that could hurt her as the match wears on.
Eddie Vega - Fiona always loses in the big match and she always has an excuse for it. Ackam’s razor, Benny boy. The simplest explanation is always true. She just sucks.
Ben Price - First of all, Ackam’s razor says the simplest solution is USUALLY the correct one. Not always. Secondly, a trip to and from Australia is a long trip crossing not only multiple time zones but also the international date line. There is no way it won’t have an impact.
Eddie Vega - If Akame and Abby were true friends, they’d help her win the belt to end the complaints of her not being able to win the big game. I mean stables are supposed to do shit like that, right?
Eric Wilson - Introducing next. She hails from Swansea, Wales! Standing 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing in at 175lbs. She is the 4 Winds Albion Champion. One half of the 4 Winds Dyad Champions, and the FWA TV Champion, and a member of the Upstarts, Abigail Dresden!!!
The arena darkens and a mist begins to form around as 'Awen' by Eluveitie plays over the PA. Abigail comes out of the mist, sporting a black leather Jacket she walks up and looks out at the crowd closing her eyes as extends her arms out at her sides, feeding off of the cheers and reactions of the crowd before kicking her leg up and bringing it down Rhea Ripley style, following this up with a couple of small jumps up and down before making her way down the rampway and interacting with the fans as she makes her way down to the ring jumping onto the ring apron and using the ropes to slingshot herself over the ropes and raises her fist in the air as she goes to her corner and warms up for the coming fight.
Ben Price - And here is the inspirational one herself, Abigail Dresden. At least, if Akame is to be believed as she did label Abigail as the inspiration of the Upstarts. She’s also a favorite to win this match as she has been on a roll lately and well, her mother is the ref.
Eddie Vega - You’re forgetting the part where she ran and hid after Drago took the title from her. She can’t slum it in the lower divisions forever.
Eric Wilson - And introducing next. She hails from Scottsdale, Arizona. Standing 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing in at 135lbs. She is one half of the 4 Winds Dyad Champions, the 4 Winds North American Champion. She is also a member of the Upstarts, ‘Reckless’ Akame McClancy!!!
The intro 'static' start to "Reckless" By Lacuna Coil starts to play. When the guitars hit, Tetsuo Oni IV steps out onto the stage. She's stands there, arms outstretched as she's wearing the motley robe to her gear for a few moments.
As the song picks up, she starts to do a slow walk, down to the ring.
When she gets to the ring, she climbs up the ring stairs to the corner. Once up on the apron, she doffs her robe and hands it to the ring attendant. She then pulls the top rope and springboards to the top turnbuckle, where she takes a seat, to wait for the bell to ring.
Ben Price - And here comes Akame McClancy, she and Abby co-founded the Upstarts and hold the 4 Winds Dyad championships, now they are competing against each other. As you have said a few times tonight, this is a match that can and likely will test bonds. But while you think the Upstarts will fail that test, I think they will pass it.”
Eddie Vega - Akame has the same problem Fiona does. She has to go elsewhere to win her titles. She was Valor champ for what? 5 minutes?
Ben Price - More like a month and with the talent in the running for the Valor title, it’s become much harder to get the 5 defenses to get a title shot of your choice.
Eddie Vega - Always an excuse, Benny Boy.
In the ring, Valora goes over the instructions in the ring and reveals the Skirmish title for the first time, holding it up to the crowd before handing it off to Eric Wilson.
Ben Price - The brand new title revealed for the first time here tonight and one of the four women in the ring is going to leave with it. Who’s your money on tonight?
Eddie Vega - I have to put my money on Abigail. She’s a proven big match performer. She is a former conquest champ. A former Valor champ and one of the few to make it through all five defenses, a former 4 Winds Legion champ, matter of fact the FIRST Legion champ with Akame McClancy and Miguel Lanza Jr. She’s a big time performer and Akame has struggled to win CWF title matches. Fiona has also struggled to win in CWF title matches and Kat Hale it too inconsistent as of late so, Abigail is who my money is on.
Valora signals for the bell and the match starts
DING!! DING!!
Kat Hale wastes no time as she charges forward and hits Fiona with a dropkick, sending Fiona to the mat. Akame grabs her from behind but Kat Hale kicks straight up, ax kick style hitting Akame and then turns and drops Akame with a spinning backfist. She runs up and punches Abby who stands there unphased. Kat tries to punch again but Abby counters into a hip toss and brings Kat Hale to the mat. Kat Hale comes to her feet and catches Abby with a drop kick as well as Abby came rushing in. Abby rolls out of the ring and joins her teammates on the floor at ringside as they strategize.
Ben Price - Well, in a move that signifies Kat is aware of how much the deck is stacked against her, here, she goes on the offense immediately and actually managed to clean house of the Upstarts for the moment.
Eddie Vega - Yeah, but the three of them are plotting something which i thought Valora was here to stop.
Valora points to the three Upstarts standing at ringside.
Valora Salinas - Hey! Get your asses in here!
The three Upstarts come into the ring and Abigail draws Kat’s focus while Akame comes up from behind. Both Upstarts kick Kat Hale hitting her from front and behind. Then Abby grabs Kat Hale and whips her into the corner, charging in after her, hitting her with a body splash and then a pele kick which rocks Kat Hale. Abby comes out of the corner and throws Kat Hale into a sitting position with a snapmare. Immediately after that, Akame comes off the top turnbuckle of another corner and hits Kat Hale with a missile dropkick to the face. Finally, Fiona comes off the top turnbuckle and hits her five star frogsplash
Ben Price - My God! Abby and Akame use one of their tag team moves and Fiona puts the exclamation mark on it with Death from Above!
Eddie Vega - My Brother in Christ, what a series of moves! Pinfall attempt!!
Fiona makes the cover and Valora baseball slides in and makes the count!!

……Three!!
Valora comes up and signals to Eric Wilson who stands up.
Eric Wilson - Ladies and Gentlemen, Kat Hale has been eliminated!!
Ben Price - Well just like that, we’re down to three competitors. The Upstarts guaranteed that one of them would win the belt tonight and they have delivered on that.
Eddie Vega - That’s right, either Abby, Akame or Fiona will be the Skirmish champ! Also have to say, Fiona said she thought Valora’s count was a bit fast and.. She was right. Valora definitely counted faster than most of our refs do.
In the ring, the three Upstarts all stand and look at each other while Valora urges them to keep the match going.
Ben Price - There seems to be some reluctance to make the first move here.
Eddie Vega - What they should do is pick a champ and have the other two lay down! Get the match over without risk of injury or bad blood.
Finally, the three Upstarts drop into their fighting stances and Fiona strikes hitting Abby with two jabs and a right cross. Even though Abby knows they are coming, Fiona’s lightning fast punches find their mark. Akame grabs her from behind and tries for a german suplex but Fiona blocks it onto get hit with a big boot from Abby into a german suplex from Akame. Akame goes for the pin and Valora slides in.

Ben Price - Fiona kicks out, but again more tag team action from Akame and Abby
Eddie Vega - Which again, Valora is supposed to be out here to stop.
Akame pulls Fiona to her feet but Fiona counters with a series of body punches which ends in an uppercut. Abby charges in and tries for a clothesline but Fiona ducks and runs, rebounding off the ropes, charging back at the two of them, Abby grabs Fiona and plants her with a spinebuster. She gets up and is taken to the mat with a Russian legsweep from Akame. Akame calls Fiona over and they both pull Abby to her feet and send her into the ropes But coming off the rebound, Abby knocks both women down with a double clothesline, before walking to the ropes and playing to the crowd by doing a muscle pose as she shows off her biceps
Ben Price - And here is where Abby has an edge. Fiona and Akame are the smallest fighters in this match meanwhile Abby has done some strength training as she favors the British style of wrestling
Eddie Vega - Ha Ha! That’s it, go ahead and show off those guns and I’ll laugh all the way to the bank when my bet cashes in!
Fiona gets to her feet and holds up her fists, calling for Abby to match boxing skills. Akame gets to her feet but backs off, seemingly content to let Fiona and Abby fight for a bit. Abby shrugs and takes a boxing stance Fiona throws a flurry of punches and Abby blocks one of the punches and counter punches, hitting a left jab and ducks a punch and hits Fiona with a body punch, Fiona landing a series of jabs and a right cross. She then comes at Abby again with another punch but Abby blocks the punch, hooking the arm and bending forward, lifting Fiona up on her back before flipping her around to a powerbomb setup and walks to the middle of the ring and plants Fiona with a sitout powerbomb.
Ben Price - Holy shit! What a display of power from Abby there!
Eddie Vega - and right in the middle of the ring! Is Akame going to help Fiona out or are we about to see the end for Fiona?!
Abby glances over at Akame who shrugs and doesn’t move out of the corner and then Abby pulls Fiona to her feet and sets her up and hits the Swansong, bringing the crowd to its feet
Ben Price - Swansong!!!
Eddie Vega - Yes!
Abby moves into the cover and Valora slides in and makes the count.

She signals to Eric Wilson who stands up.
Eric Wilson - Ladies and Gentlemen, Fiona O’Connell has been eliminated!
Fiona gets up slowly, shaking her head from the move and the three Upstarts hug and Fiona rolls out of the ring and stands near the barricades, watching the rest of the match unfold as the crowd comes to their feet cheering as Akame and Abby stand in the middle of the ring looking at each other. Finally, Akame hits Abby with a knife edged chop. Abby returns with a knife edge chop of her own that sends Akame a couple steps back, Abby hits another knife edge chop and then brings her hand down hitting Abby palm first on the chest, the sound echoing out through the arena as Akame stumbles away crying out and holding her chest before hitting Abby with a back kick, a second back kick and then tries a spinning backfist which Abby catches and turns into an arm wrench and hits a kick to Akame’s face, bringing her to the mat.
Ben Price - Abigail and Akame are the last two standing and these two know each other very well as Abby showed by catching that spinning backfist
Eddie Vega - You know, I kinda wonder.. Alyssa Lucchi did imply that there might be some.. Let’s call it, romantic tension between these two! Use that as fuel, Abby!
Ben Price - the fact that both Abby and Akame have denied that means nothing to you?
Eddie Vega - Nope, because I enjoy the mental image of those two engaging in some hot lesbian action too much!
Abby pulls Akame to her feet and sends her to the corner with an irish whip, Akame runs up to the top turnbuckle and jumps into the air, catching Abby and hitting her with a reverse DDT. Akame wastes no time and jumps up to the top rope and springboards off into a moonsault tries for a cover, Valora sliding in.

Ben Price - Abigail kicks out at 2! You know, Fiona does seem to have been right about Valora counting faster but I do have to say, Valora has also been consistent in her count.
Eddie Vega - Of course she has! She told us she would!
Akame comes out and pulls Abby to her feet, locking her in a side headlock, Abby hits Akame with a few elbows to the stomach and then transitions to a rear waistlock and plants Akame with a german suplex. She walks over and pulls Akame to her feet but Akame counters with a punch to the gut.. Then another, a kick to the rib cage and a spinning backfist that connects this time. Akame charges in tries for a jumping front kick but Abby catches her and plants her with a tiger suplex. Abby then pulls Akame to her feet and locks in a rear waistlock before sushing forward to the ropes before rolling backwards, coming to her feet and crying out as she lifts and plants Akame on the mat with a rolling chaos theory suplex.
Ben Price - Swansea Suplex! My god, Abby is tossing Akame around like a ragdoll at the moment!
Eddie Vega - I told you! Money in the bank, baby!!
Abby moves into a cover and Valora slides in.

Ben Price - ThrNO!!! Akame kicks out at the very last second!
Eddie Vega - Damn it!
Abby lets out a frustrated sigh and pulls Akame to her feet and locks her into a standing headscissors position. Akame drops to a knee, forcing Abby to pull her back into position, Akame once more sinks to a knee, causing Abby to reset the position. Akame sinks to a knee a third time and Abby checks on her only for Akame to bring Abby to the mat with a double leg take down, both women get back to their feet, Akame grabbing Abby and pulling her into a short arm clothesline but instead of the short arm clothesline, she hits Abby with a spinning back fist, measuring Abby and hitting a super kick that sends Abby to the mat.
Ben Price - Super Duper Kick right after the Iron Fist! Abby might be in trouble after those two powerful shots to her head in such rapid succession!
Eddie Vega - God Damn it! Don’t do this to me, fate!
Akame climbs to the top turnbuckle and glances back before jumping off, twisting her body in mid air and hitting a skytwister press move but she lands in such a way she can go right into the pin, Valora sliding in.

Eric Wilson - Ladies and Gentlemen, the winner, and the first ever CWF Skirmish Champion, Akame McClancy!!
The crowd comes to their feet as the match ends. Abby rolling out to the floor, walking around the ring, shaking her head, obviously upset at the loss.
Ben Price - Akame’s madcap meteor move has made her the first ever Skirmish champion. But Abby seems quite disappointed at the result.
Eddie Vega - Well I said so! I told you that this match would be the end of the Upstarts! Let’s not forget, Abigail is the daughter of two legendary wrestlers infamous for being highly competitive and hating to lose..
Eric Wilson brings the title to the ring but Abby intercepts him, taking the Skirmish title and moving into the ring, Akame watching carefully as Fiona also enters the ring. Abby raises the belt and hands it to Akame as her, Akame and Fiona all hug and celebrate in the ring.
Eddie Vega - God damn it!
